How do you take photos?

Camping for the first time and I see manual photos and auto-taken photos... how do I take manual photos? :)

Press 'T' by default, go one menu to the left or just scroll through them all until you see "take photo"

Or if using a controller, r-trigger then dpad to cycle thru menus until you reach the take photo menu.
