Unable to get the Regalia type-F

Hello, it's been twice that I finish the game and I still have not figured out how to get the Regalia Type-F. If I take the last backup, I repeat the final Insomnia. If I start a new part +, Cindy does not propose this evolution to me. If I choose a return to the past, it's the same ..! Yet I have all the necessary parts recovered in the 3 bases. What did I forget? Does anyone have an answer to offer me? Thank you in advance. JP

You are beating all the bases, right? Once I beat the final base I got a quest to talk to Cindy, perhaps you don't have all the parts?

You started ch 15 or no? From the OP doesnt look like. You wouldnt re-peat insomnia nor do you return to past.

If you're saying that you started a new game +, that's not how you get it. You only get the F in chapter 15. Starting back at chapter 1 will prevent that.

Ty Red Monk, I started the game a second time thinking I had missed some parts. But in fact, I do not even know what exactly are the parts required ... !! I did not get that Cindy quest after the third base. I read several forums, several sites, seen several videos, nobody gives exactly the same solution. I have not seen either the exact details of required parts.

Thank you Epic_Caesura, I did not know that we were getting the Type-F as in chapter 15. Maybe I can go back in the past using my last save to keep my inventory and choose to go back to chapter 15?

My quest only showed up in chapter 15 to be honest, perhaps that is the problem? Maybe it's an end game trigger?

Myagony sorry, I did not realize that chapter 15 (named "epilogue remembering a trip" in the French version), was the last chapter. When I choose chapter 15, whatever the save chosen, I come back to Insomnia, just before the end-of-game fights in the citadel (even with the last save). But all the grids are locked, I can not access them anymore, I do not understand anything. I'm going to stop there, it annoys me too much. Thank you very much for your help. Maybe I can, by choosing the right chapters in the past, recover these coins without having to start a new game?

Chapter 15 is not automatically triggered for me, no doubt, because, unfortunately, I do not have all the parts required for Type-F. probably also, the reason why, when I want to access it by choosing this chapter, I find myself in Insomnia, just before the end fighting in the citadel. What do you think?

Find a bed in insomnia and go to the past through Umbra, it'll allow you to explore lucis freely.
I think there was more than 3 imperial bases on the map, you might be missing some, drive north last hammerhead and you might see a big flying ship in the sky.

Are you starting a new game + or loading your end game save?

You are supposed to load the save you made after beating the last boss, which will have a different logo than other saves. That save will be in chapter 15 where I just had to talk to cindy and got the type f.

Hello everyone, I found the solution of my problem:
Once the 3 pieces magitech in your possession, you just have to finish the scenario and to access the chapter 15. The latter is available once you have finished the chapter 14. After the end credits, you will be asked to save, do it and once back on the main menu of the game, load the backup in question. You will appear in the last resting place of chapter 14 and your game will be considered as chapter 15. All you need to do is call Umbra to go back to the past (which I did not understand) and unlock many new quests , including the one to get the Regalia Type-F!
