WTF? A meal that doesn't require any ingredients at all?
=\

I keep eating the meal at the camp that boosts your ATT power like 100 and makes you endless sprinter at zero ingridients requirement

Am I glitched?

Nope, previous updates to the game added that some time ago on consoles. It's a natural thing.

there are 2 starter meals with no ingredients. Pizza and toast

Just about everything they keep adding to this game only makes it easier.

Self-gimping a thing/choice ... until mods, perhaps.

LoL so I get to keep eating this meal for good? literally for free?

It's actually not that good of a a meal. It's only notable for free sprint but you get the DLC ring now that gives you that too.

The best meals are XP boosting ones that actuall require rare ingredients. But yeah, the game is kind of weird when you have all these items that for console didnt come out till launch or were pre-order incentives. For example, you automatically have the half-price hotel item that previously was for special editions, so now whenever you play this game all hotels will be half price.

I don't think it raises Ignis' cooking level though from what I could see.

Freebies do raise cooking XP but only slightly. Good for starters, bad for the rest of the game.

Do what Hideo said, concentrate on XP boost meals.

You could always run endlessly even though many missed that on release, what do you mean with free sprint?
