I cant say its Denuvo or why the difference, but been running both versions backwards and forward on the same settings now with nvidia stuff off on both versions and 150% res and still 3dm wins by 7-8 frames. Tho it seems legit is a bit less jumpy on drops.

Multiple threads here confirmed the game to be running worse than the demo. Most of them have up to a whopping 15 fps loss....but the sad part is people will still shill for Denuvo

Another thing. Denuvo is only a hassle for the paying customer and does little to prevent illigal distribution. If Devs/Pubs instead made great games and had no DRM or light DRM like steam, then they would not just sell more games, they would also win the favour of these mostly poor people that gets it illigally and they might even get them buying their games when they can later on.

Thing is there is absolutly no difference between a game with Denuvo and the same game without..So to say its a hassle for customers just shows you don't have a clue. Just another sheep who listens to all the crying.
