Moogle-Chocobo Carnival..

They should re-open this event to celebrate the release of the Windows Edition.. just my thoughts. It's a real tease of Square enix to openly write "Tickets not included with the Holiday Pack+" while apparently not even planning on bringing it to PC. Maybe i'm just alone with this, but it is bothersome.

It was a time limited event on consoles that looked really fun, a carnival with moogles and chocobos.. heck even outfits and "recipeh's" could be earned. It bugs me out not being able to collect all the ingame stuff while knowing they're holding back fun content.

Well... might be a good idea to hit Twitter and bug the official profile for FFXV about it. May come as a paid DLC though, cause those practices are unfortunately not that uncommon.

I can just confirm, there's an outfit related to this event.. one of the outfits you get by completing the carnival time limited event quest according to wiki.. i don't know what to think of this. This is sort of like "here you've got it unlocked, be happy you have it" in a boring manner.

At the end of the festival you were able to get a "Mysterious Egg" that hatches at the Assassins Creed Festival and you'll get the AC Master Assassin outfit for Noct.

Having the game be a timed event is the one put off to why this game seems like an experience of you had to be at launch to fully experience the game.

I was so excited for this DLC then realised right as i was about to finally buy the PC version it's not even included seriously WTF!!! No Buy from me sadly!

Hopefully the Modding Community can make Mods for Said Outfits etc!

In case anyone does look for a mod and is late like me, the mod is currently on "curseforge DOT com" called "Moogle Chocobo Carnival". I'll be trying it in the next days.

But absolutely agree that I can't stand time limited events in games like this when buying the game later will confuse you over what everyone is talking about. Just to then have modders go through crazy work. Just put it in and keep it in, damn it!

There's a mod that restores the chocobo festival, but so far not one that restores the assassin's creed crossover stuff.

I don't know the reason the chocobo festival was removed. The assassin festival was almost certainly time-restricted by contract. Square probably can't bring it back for legal reasons. They don't own assassin's creed.

Didnt know was two festivals, I definitly played the first carnival which gave you a prize which makes fishing much easier. Cant remember if I also played 2nd one.

The problem with square enix now days they have become a bit entrenched with time exclusive content, its a thing with them, even though its incredibly anti consumer.

Devs put that work into the content, and after a few days its gone.

There is also some time exclusive single player quests I did as well on PS4.

Assassin Creed Orgins managed to keep the FFXV content forever
