Keyboard/Mouse vs. Controller
For those of you have played the demo, are keyboard/mouse controls pretty swell? Just want to stick to one from the beginning and not switch as I have a 360 controller around here somewhere should I choose to use a controller.

Thanks!

Keyboard and mouse in the demo didn't feel right to me but I also played it on PS4 the first time. In my opinion if you want the experience the game was designed around I would use your 360 controller.

I actually like keyboard and mouse better, it feels really good and it lets you use different buttons for jumping and using/picking up stuff which would cause annoying situations on the console version where your character would jump like an idiot a few times instead of picking up or using an item.

I tried both but personally prefer controller for this game.

I played on the Xbox One S controller, it's more comfortable than the keyboard / mouse.

Xbox one controller for me. Keyboard and mouse feels super laggy in 3rd person.

I'll be using a Wii U Pro Controller. AMA.

I used M&K just fine. I had to remap some keys and bind some keys to the extra mouse buttons, but it worked nicely

Controller works well. Though, your only limited to three Controller keybind settings. (Setting A, B, or C)

I use a Steam Controller, so I can alter my keybinds as I see fit. I'm not sure how actual Xbox controllers can customize their keybinds.

Steam lets you customize bindings on any controller now, just like the steam controller

I use Xbox accessories software for Win10 with the Xbox Elite controller and probably 2 paddles. The software allows you to randomly change any buttons/paddles. I’m leaning towards using default profile 3 (in game) and modify that a bit.

I have it on PS4 but not played more than a few hours. I just played the PC demo and MK is fine, but the map controls are crappy. Not crappy enough to stop me buying the game though. I may end up playing it with my Xbox Elite pad.

Might be interesting to see what it's like with the Steam Controller, which I was obsessed with about a year ago and then just stopped using.

As all games on PC, I'll play it on K+M.
Can you please share your setup?

imo real time fighting games work better with a gamepad (Naruto Storm games would be impossible with KB&M for me )
