Soundtrack DLC for Steam

A lot of games on steam with good soundtracks have an option for download the soundtrack as a DLC. Mp3s and Oggs and such. Do you think Square Enix will consider this option for the game? Especially when they start shipping the cd copies. If the devs read this consider the option. I think it would be a very popular choice.
p.s. I haven't checked the other final fantasy games to see if they have the soundtrack option. If not go for it SE

But there are so many versions at this point - even individual tracks have different versions - it's hard to get a "definitive" one retail.

And if you meant "for free" ... I doubt it.

I'm sure it would cost money. It would make sense for them to use that exact same list you posted for the DLC and chargethe same price for the entire pack. Thats how all my other games have done it. usually $5-$9 though.

Square Enix also sells the LE OST, which includes the game soundtrack on Blu-Ray, a Piano Arrangements CD, an arrangement CD, and a Blu-Ray containing the majority of the songs you can play in the Regalia as of the initial release.

And it's mighty expensive. I think I got mine from Amazon Japan for like....$80? $100? I forget but it's somewhere in that ballpark.
