is the new game plus + just once or new game plus +++++++ infinite number of times ?

New Game+ is just a restart of old content with some retained items. Weapons, clothing, etc. No extra+ far as I've seen.

even the enemies dont scale they still stay that the same lvl the were from the first go around so you'll be one shotting everything until you get to late game

I agree its so stupid that NG+ doesn't scale up enemies...

The director stated that he likes to feel powerful by one shotting stuff and that really shows progression and character strength...

I'm currently playing NG+ using cheat engine to make the game harder... All enemies are lvl 100+
