Update 1.24 Fixes?

For a long time now I have been having a very bad audio issue. The audio in game sounds terrible, like one of those "earrape" videos it's absolutely unplayable. I've heard that all you have to do is set your audio format to 7.1 or just stereo but, my computer has that option greyed out so I cant change it! If anyone has an answer to this please reply or if you know that they have fixed this in the new update, thanks!

Game now lags in cutscenes. 10fps. Once you gain control, it is 80fps. I've got everything maxed out. This never happended before the patch.

Spacial Audio is still broken in pre-rendered cinematics. Voices are sound too far away. They said they will fix this in the next patch. Guess they lied.

I really want to start playing this game.

Me too honestly but too bad I cant, I used to sink so many hours in this game up until I got new headphones now it's just unplayable with audio
