Sound is screaching

So the game runs ok in graphics wise but my sound is making my ears bleed. It is screeching like hell and the sound sounds like a midi music. Anyone has the same problem?

i have the same problem and also the color on the screen is melting !

EDIT: it's not working on 5.1 , only 7.1 or stereo

How to change it to stereo? I can;t see anything in audio options

Right Click the speaker by the Windows clock > Playback Devices > Right Click on your device > Configuration > Stereo > etc

Probably gonna cancel my pre-order... I can't believe I have to change my sound config to stereo in 2018...
SQUENIX is getting more and more ridiculous with each passing year/game release...

Well it helped with sound thank you. But it is a waste to play game in stereo when you have 5.1
