I heard SE or something is looking into official mod tools . Wren't they talking about a level editor too, I heard that as well, we'll see though .

Yes but they're following the Bethesda model of only allowing basic things like skin swaps at first and then following up with proper mod tools later. They've stressed it'll be powerful enough to make custom quests but we'll just have to wait and see.

Like I said, and like you noted, we'll have to see . Although, if they cop out due to the small few trolls that will def try to make them cop out, there's no way, there's just no way, if they want the game to live as long as Skyrim for the most part.
