A more serious answer - no, there are no romance options. The main story involves an impending marriage but romanceable characters is a no. It's not that type of story/RPG at all.

Why does there need to be romance options to make an amazing RPG? (I'm assuming you just want to see them sex scenes you sly devil.)

Seriously though, don't worry. With the amount of mod support that's promissed i believe anything could be possible by a skilled modder. Square Enix said themselves that the modding tools will be limited at first with only being able to switch around costumes or reskin things, but they'll slowly add more and more freedom and the ability to do other things like playing around with the story and different levels. (Romance/Bromance levels? Especially once LL modders get their hands on it.) But it all depends on the amount of "freedom" modders get and if you trust/have faith in Square Enix or not.

He's Lunafreya's boyfriend. So no. The only "romance" you get in the base game is taking a tour in lestallum with iris. That's the closest you get to a "date"

i dont even remember when i last seen a romance in a ff game. probably less than the amount of skimpy clothes i have seen.

japan logic for you. you can look but you cant touch. just kidding

since noctis remains faithful for entire story i dont see point of having flirt with others.though if it was up to me i d give option to dump luna and flirt with others. only flirt tho not actual relationship. sry i dont like crying girls much. >D

Gladio and his noodles is a thing, the story sucks so much that I didn't even realize Noct and Luna are a couple until the very end of the game. Also prompto has bonus points with aranea because she smiled at him in episode prompto.
