How would those computers run this game?
At the moment I have a laptop with a gtx 1050 and 8go ram. Which mean that a few games in my library aren't actually playable because of constant stutters : final fantasy xv and the evil within 2, and Mortal kombat X to an extent ( only stutters in intros and X Ray but it's still very annoying) . So I'm planning on buying a new PC, but I'm not good at knowing which are good, I don't even know which graphic cards are better. So I need your opinion on those two pc for now :

Laptop with a GTX 1650 4go, 16go ram, with ssd
Pc with Radeon RX 560, 32 go ram, no ssd

So I would like to know if one of those could run FF XV decently ( or are those basically the same as the pc I have right now? ), as it's been sitting in my library collecting dust for a year now. If someone have a pc similar to one of those, I'b be grateful if you coud tell me how it runs for you. If none can run it decently, then I'll keep searching. Really need your help for finding a pc that can run those games.

I'd say that pretty much any modern machine could run this at 30fps, but basically nothing can get a smooth 60fps due to engine limitations. So it all depends on your expectations.

Runing? Totally yes. Running 1080p Medium Graphics 60 FPS? Totally no. Your desktop might be pretty good upgraded to VEGA 56 or 2070.

Well 30fps is fine with me, as long as it runs without stutters and at medium settings at least ( with all the fancy nvidia things off of course ). The thing is, I bought the PC I have right now a year back, the same time as I bought FF XV thinking it would run the game ok and it did not. I guess the 8 go ram was the problem because the stutters every 3 seconds is unbrearable.

1080p medium yes. 60 fps is not such a priority however. And the pc I have right now is a laptop, so no upgrading possible. I'de like to buy a desktop for this reason but I don't have enough knowloedge in computers to build it myself and if I buy a complete one, it's probably gonna have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ parts that I'll have to replace anyway, like the wifi card or something. Still gonna have to for those type of situation.

I have an RTX 2070 gfx card, and a Xeon e5 v3 processor, with 16GB of RAM and SSDs, and there are still momentary pauses, and definite framerate drops (never below 30 though), and there are specific areas that run like a slideshow (a known issue). So no, I don't think the problem was your RAM, this game basically doesn't touch RAM, it mostly uses Pagefile for some ungodly reason (make sure you read up on how to increase that on your machine before trying to play it, make sure that you have more than 8GB of RAM, and more than 16GB of Pagefile). There's also a noticable memoryleak, so more is better for both RAM and Pagefile (both creep up over time).

Sorry to tell you but I need to drop out to 480p in episode prompto boss a 960 GT couse GPU it was stuttering even in low graphics... Don't expect to have any good performance in Medium with a GTX 1650 or RX 560 at 1080p on this game... Recommended graphics card for 1080p in this game is 1070 GTX... a 1060 gives arround 45-60 gameplay...

Ok, thanks for helping me understand how this game works. I've read a bit about what could cause bad performances to try and fix it, and there's a lot of reasons it seems.
