Half Life Pack not appearing

Hello,

Today I bought the game on Steam and I went to my skins and I can find Altair skin and many different ones but Gordon Freeman's skin doesn't show up and in the shop it stated that if you bought windows edition you would get it. Any guesses?

You need to install it from workshop, check 'most subscribed' tab. https://steamcommunity.com/app/637650/workshop/

Wow really? But what the ♥♥♥♥ I don't want to install it as a "MOD" i know it sounds stupid but I want it to be added to my game and in the library appear it as a DLC, they are a bunch of liars saying I would get it. Normally when you purchase something that adds bonus items they appear forever on your account and as a DLC. I don't want to download it from the workshop because otherwise is not a bonus content they gave me but a downloaded mod.
