If it was DLC or free with the PS4/XB1 version, then it should be. If it was a totally seperate game? Then probably not.

you can see from my soliloquay in that thread taht they didtn include it for xbox.... so i dunno maybe they won't include it for PC either?

King's Tale is a fictional story tho. What they should really do is to port Platinum Demo since it was a way to obtain Carbuncle and it's a good tutorial overall.
They could include all those nvidia stuff and modders could use it as a playground like it was with Ground Zeroes.
Also this a good way to test performance of your hardware for people who have some doubts about it.

carbuncle and kings tale would probably work as either pre-order goods are dlc content so I don't see a reason we won't get it sooner or later

If you see a gameplay on youtube, you will find it is not really needed. It is also not good, it is repetitive and boring.
