Does it work when HedgeModManager shows "Loaders: None" and starting the game using Steam?

Also can you go more in detail on "now the game doesn't want to open anymore". Like do you see the Sega logo?

After a lot of tries the game shows the Sega logo and after that the game crashes again, I also deleted all the mods, the Hedge Mod Manager, reinstalled the game and restarted the PC to se if it works but doesn't work

Sounds like it could be a save file issue. What mod did you try loading when the issue happened?

Just a Texture mods and a random mods for avatar like Fox Tail, custom parts mods, Improved textures for Sonic, Eggman Empire themed robots, Addidas Shoes, Ww2 Themed Wispons etc... these mods affect only visually, not the gameplay, but after the bug happened I deleted all of then to see if it works but nothing.

during these tries I also deleted my 100% save file and downloaded another one to se if works but doesn't work ( https://savegame.pro/pc-sonic-forces-savegame/ )

HedgeModManager should have made a save backup for mods to prevent these issues which seems to have failed.

The instructions on the site you linked will never work on a legit Steam version. Fortunately the modloader will allow importing save files but not from the cloud which again is to prevent issues like what you just got.

To import a save file just copy the file into the exec folder and rename it from "savedata.xml" to "cpkredir.sav" (Make sure you also change the file extension). After that in HedgeModManager under Settings, make sure the option "Enable save file redirection" is enabled. This will prevent the game from syncing with the Steam Cloud so you don't cause damage to your unmodded save file.

If the option was already on and you had the exact same issue when replacing the save file using the instructions from that link, it is possible that save file you deleted might still be fine and it just corrupted your modded save instead. I would keep your old save file in the case you do find a way to fix it.

So I have to Download the HedgeModManager again? because like I said, I deleted to se if it works :P

Lets try something first. Get your old save file you deleted back assuming its in the recycle bin, and in your exec folder make sure "d3d11.dll" does NOT exist. If it does, delete it. and run the game with the Steam launcher.

If that doesn't work, check if you have a "cpkredir.sav" file. Without permanently deleting anything, move it in your "savedata/<bunch of numbers>" folder and rename the old "savedata.xml" file to something else and rename the "cpkredir.sav" file to "savedata.xml".

If that does not work, you can try loading the save file you downloaded, but that will require the modloader to be installed and it being located in the exec folder under the name "cpkredir.sav". Putting the file in the "savedata/<bunch of numbers>" folder will actually do the reverse and will wipe the save file entirely.

If you want to know why you need the modloader to use the downloaded save file, its because the game encrypts the save file by per user so you can't share the file with someone else. The modloader has a feature to make the game decrypt the save file regardless who last saved it, but this only applies for fallback saves which "cpkredir.sav" is one.

EDIT: Please reread the top part of the post if you already started reading before the edit.

Well, I deleted the save file permanently so I will try the one I Downloaded. Also, can you send a link of the last version or something like that of the HedgeMod Manager?

HedgeModManager Download[github.com]

if you want to start clean, also delete the "cpkredir.ini" file. That will reset all the settings to default.

alright, thanks, I will tell you if it worked later
