i'm sick of having these mod issues with forces, and i would love some help

so i bought forces recently, as i wanted to play it with mods. i played the game, got to luminous forest, then played the rest later

now the problems started when i tried to start using mods, because there's something wrong I'm unaware of. I loaded up hedgemodmanager, downloaded mods and i started trying to use them but the game was only loading up in windowed. I kept having to go into the settings and apply fullscreen, and it refused to load up my latest save

you can even check my achievements, I've beat the game but the save keeps going back to the point where it was at luminous forest. mods were half working, but the issues kept happening. No matter what I couldn't get my save file, fullscreen and the mods to all work at once normally and it was infuriating. I uninstalled all mods and the manager and tried to play the game vanilla and boom im back at luminous forest and its refusing to stay in fullscreen

i've uninstalled the game now and am downloading it to see if anything is fixed but i would appreciate if someone here could help me out with this. i havent had these issues with gens or LW

I'm not sure exactly how to fix it, but I do know what's causing it. It's the Save File Redirection setting in HedgeModManager. You may be able to use your old save if you disable this setting, but if you do, you may not be able to continue using that save if you decide to play unmodded.
