I can't download the Shadow Costume DLC

It says I need the base game to download it but I already do! I downloaded all of the other DLC just fine!

Click on the Free/Download button in the top right.

That one was supposed to be pre-order exclusive but they never really enforced that.

Don't forget to get the Super Sonic DLC as well.
