Requirements for Sonic Forces!
As you know, it takes a few months to launch Sonic Forces, and it would be nice for us to know the requirements to run Sonic Forces, because it looks a bit heavier than Generations...

Sonic Generations is a bit slow on my PC, I wonder if Forces asks for an advanced configuration.

It definitly will, I don't really know what specs you will need, but from gameplays that we've seen, you can tell that it will be more heavy.

I guess recommended GPU will be Nvidia GTX series or relevant AMD cards, because graphics are realistic type such as reflections.

I can promise you that Sonic Forces will in fact run better than Sonic Generations. The issue with Generations is that it ran with using only 2 cores, and a good majority of people had more than 2 cores. As a result, Generation required more clock speed rather than cores. More cores means lower clock speed.

Since Sonic Forces is an updated version that supports more than 4+ cores (like the PS4), it's safe to assume that people who might have had trouble with Generations will not have trouble with Sonic Forces.

If I were to make a min requiement. I'd say the game would require:
Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 (Quad Core at least)
More than 4GBs of ram
Geforce GTX 660

Again, Sonic Forces and Generations will mostly be CPU demanding.

If anyone wants a strong benchmark for Sonic Forces, I'd download Sonic Generations with the Unleashed Project Mod. If your machine can run Jungle JoyRide Day time at 60fps with no dips, you should be fine.

never in the world it will ask so high... if so It'd be a great advance from gen and LW both using less than 4GB RAM, pentium cpu... and none of the GTX series... I'd give core i3... 3 or 4 GB ram, and one of the first GTX at the highest possibility... not even GTA V asks such high requirements as you say, and it looks graphicaly BETTER than Forces...

Minimum: GTX 660 (?),Intel Core i3,4 GB RAM,10 GB free in disk(?)
Recommended: GTX 750 TI or higher(?),6 GB RAM or higher,Intel core I5(?),10 GB free in disk(?)
If these specs that i mentioned are real,my pc will perfectly run Sonic Forces in 60 FPS.

That's it folks, be open to discuss it! :SonicManiaTails:

I'm going to have to buy a Video Card, but I would like to run the game at least in the minimum configuration... :/

My settings are:

Core i7 3770
8GB DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000

I think SEGA should show the specifications of the game. :SuperSonic:

I'm gonna play on a low-end laptop xD I'm used to low FPS and I am willing to play AT THE LOWEST OF QUALITIES

Yeah, but it has a game that makes it very difficult to reduce the graphics, because at least it gets heavy yet, will Forces be like that too?

I wouldn't be surprised if Sonic Forces can't run on my ACER Laptop at all, since I can't change any of the hardware in it(except for RAM, which requires taking the whole PC apart). Heck, it may just cause my Laptop to throw a BSOD with a hardware faliure code whenever I attempt to launch it, since it can't seem to handle any resource-intensive programs.

Sorry, I meant to say min requirement to run it max. Haha.
