Also if the Persona content is Playstation only, then why is this DLC also available on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch?

well sony owns the rights to persona series
No. No they don't. Atlus and SEGA are the only two companies that have any say over the Persona series. Sega even said that a PC port of P5 is "On their list".

hello idiot its only on playstation its never coming to pc also that was for the ps3 emulator

If Persona 5 is not available in your country (like for Rabbidscool) the DLC is also probably not available.

Mystery solved.
