one, i am stating this classic sonic is from another dimension as is this other tails.

also, the phantom ruby mutated the Eggrobos and changed them into the hard boild heavies. this isnt much of a streach

he wasnt "born" by mutation "he's an animal like Sonic's team an animal but with a new power like the hard boilded heavys i'm not even sure you could call the hardboiled heavys a mutation its more of an upgrade and enhancing in powers.

there is no point in arguing a lot points to tails. if you watched my theory videos it would be clearer just stating my thoughts and opinons. the only thing we can all do is wait.
