[Note this may be a temporary fix]
Right click the game, click properties, and head to local files.
Click browse open files.
You want to delete all of the files IN the folder, without actually deleting the Sonic Forces folder itself. (And don't worry about deleting your save file, the save files are stored in a cloud so if you delete the game you wont loose progress.)
once all the files have been deleted, go back to properties and click verify integrity of game files.
Wait until it is finished then you'll be good to go!
Hmm...That is something i haven't tried. I did refund it out of rage though so ill have to wait a bit before trying that. Thank you very much and if it dosen't work Ill tell you and see if you know anything else i can do. I heavily appriciate any sort of help.
