how to do double boost?

The last boss needs double boost to crash. Which button is for that QTE action?

I'm afraid that doesn't work. None of buttons work on QTE. So I can't beat the last boss :(

There seems to be an issue in this...
For me, pyramid level (where 1st boost appears) the button mash on keyboard works correctly, but all other, like metal sonic and null space, there is no input recognition from my keyboard...

you can't double boost when ever you want, you have to get to the part of the stage that makes you do that

The triple boost in the last boss doesn't count ANY button that i press including the one I used for the previous double boosts...

Wait i just figured it out I think
Press the Insert button and it should be fixed
When i tried to change the keys it automatically set the key as the Insert button so I guess if you press it it's glitching the game

I haven't played the game enough on Keyboard to say which key it is.

should be the boost key? the one you use for sonic normal boost?

(I can´t double boost at all, I spam it but the circle only decreases a little... :/)

I have the same problem. The strange thing is that my double boost works fine in other stages but not in the final boss...

It seems that I'm not going to finish this game anytime soon...

Use steam big picture mode and configure your controller there. MIght need to fiddle off and on with the game

My shift key is sometimes recognized, like, I'd tap it as fast as I can and only sometimes it does something, which is of course too slow for it to do the qte, but I rebound it to Z, so I'll see if that does anything (commenting while waiting for boosts to appear on the final boss lol)
