My game won't even launch. Stuck on it saying it's launching, then after it's running, it stops. Been dealing with it all day; restarting the computer, restarting steam, unistalling/reinstalling the game, doing the same to steam, running as administer, etc. Nothing I do seems to work. Any suggestions? (My computer is compatible and I'm sure no programs are interfering with it).

Glad to know that Im not the only one having troubles on the ol' Sand Hill game crashes and Episode Shadow's first level!! SEGA please get on this!! Most of us can't just waltz out of our house and upgrade our specs like it's nothing :/

I can't launch the game. Whenever I press play it shows that i'm playing it but no window pops up. Then is just goes back to show me online. Although I had pressed play by accident earlier today and It looked like my computer was freezing so I hard shut down. Could this of caused my problem? I reinstalled the game and the same issue is happening. I wont be able to get a switch for 2 months and i've been pretty excited for this. I don't want it to go to waste.

I also am having controller issues regarding an up input being read randomly and inevitably. I haven't even gone past the start menu yet because of it so I can't confirm if it's up-left or up-right, but it's likely the same as others who have this issue.

Tried with two DS3 controllers and an Xbox 360 controller, all the same problem and only for this game at the moment.

Well, here's my problem: I launch the game but the window is not a full screen. Still after some time I hear music, judging by the sound I can control menu but my screen is black.
(this problem with gameplay mode I have with source film maker. But games that are not downloaded from Steam work perfectly)

Only problem I see so far is the audio is choppy on the cutscenes. I'm playing the game on new Windows computer.

The games does not crash but the cutscenes are all horribly laggy but the ingame levels run perfectly smooth and clean. Any way to reduce the quality of the cutscenes so it doesn't lag as bad?

When are you gonna fix the issue with cutscenes stuttering and suffering audio bugs when not running in big picture mode?

Not to mention the game not launching with MSI Afterburner running.
