the boot.config should be altered to read
gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1
wait-for-native-debugger=0
scripting-runtime-version=latest
vr-enabled=0
hdr-display-enabled=0
I was amongst the early testers when the fix was found later on it became something that rogue tech install as part of its standard install.
I will make it clear with all of the fixes and performance guide work done you will gain maybe 10% - 20% speed but overall the game does get smoother in game play and some users say it helps with game stability.
I am the Steve mentioned in that guide and that guide is a reduced version of the Rogue tech performance fixes.
Werecat is correct, we call it the tarkov fix because it was first discovered in tarkov, it made its rounds on the internet and we were informed and tried it out and found it helped most players.
It's worth noting this only makes unity thread it's rendering subsystem, it doesn't multi thread the rest of the game. However that alone can give a decent boost as it frees up resources for the main thread.
hey, do i have to change anything else exept the lines in the boot.config?
