Based on the above, I think the few high-difficulty systems in Canopian space would be the fastest since they usually have just the Canopians, the Capellans, and maybe the pirates.
I don't know if there are systems that are more or less likely to have anti-Canopian contracts among the locations where they're active - the above assumes they're all the same. If those probabilities vary and someone knows how it works, that would be another avenue for this.
( I guess they find "space catgirls" too degenerate, who truly knows the lore reasons )
If all else fails go work for Pirate faction, they hate everyone equally... and everyone hates them.
( and either the game ran out of room to display Kurita as their enemy or they are at least on speaking terms )
I forget if the Magistry and the Combine are enemies in-game, but I don't think there are any systems where both are active anyway.
there may be 1 or 2 planets somewhere in the periphery, that have Kurita and Canopians present... ( near Marik border maybe?)
But is probably far more common to find Liao contracts against Canopians.
The Magistry isn't at war with the Free Worlds, otherwise this would be easy; while you can get anti-Canopian contracts in Marik space they will be from other factions. Taurians would work if there was more of a Canopian presence in their systems. As it is, you're more likely to get such contracts from the Taurians on independent planets.
OP, one other thing: if your reputation with the Canopians is sufficiently high, you can also take their contracts and then immediately withdraw (bad faith) for a rep hit. Obviously this stops being viable quickly and costs morale, but if you need to drop rep really badly, this can help.
Ah. My bad. I know you can't ally with both, and they share a border. I figured there was some hostility between the two nations. Looking for LocalGov and Pirate contracts might be the better bet then.
Completely agree! Doing bad faith withdrawals, and negotiating only for a reputation boost, was a way I managed to bring my reputation to -100 at the end of my Kerensky run for max points. I wish I had planned ahead better, but it's a workable solution.
