A few Lostech items (like an entire Highlander 732B, with Gauss rifle & double heatsinks) show up in the Black Market. But it's rare.

The black market is a reliable source for plus weapons but not lostech. The SLF Highlander is fairly rare (at least for me others have indicated they've come across it a lot) and I haven't heard anyone saying that they've found lostech weapons by themselves in the black market.

Think I saw a medium pulse laser once, but it cost like... 15-30 million something.

Not sure if that's just my memory playing tricks with me, though. Was my first playthrough, and I wasn't really paying attention outside being annoyed with the prices in the black market.

Not really. I've only once seen a mech that had gauss rifle on it but it cost 19m and I didn't have enough money at that point. Sucks because I really want to give my king crab 2 gauss rifles.

I have found a part for the atlas 2 twice at black market. I think that is lost tech right?
I haven't gotten 3 pieces yet but i think if i do it will come with lost tech weapons equipped

Does the reputation with the pirate affect the quality of items in black market?

Don't think so.

Usually get rock-bottom rep with Pirates since they're just so face kickable, but still keep seeing juicy stuff in the blackmarket.

...Really wish Pirates wasn't a faction, honestly. Really wish they'd been a minor player on the level of Local Goverments, since the idea of the freakin' mafia having managed what nobody has since the Star League is frankly just utterly ludicrous. Or at least that there was several 'families/triads/whatever' that held their own territories.

Still, I digress.

If you have the game set so that salvaged mechs come with all their equipment, then yeah - it'll have all it's cool gear. If your difficulty is set to "salvaged mechs are unequipped" on the other hand. . . ;)

reputation dosen't make better salvage but if you have 100 rep you get same prices as a regular faction but have way more black market locations than any faction has faction markets plus they always have something rare while factions stores do not.

Ya. I've seen Atlast 2 salvage in the store. I think it was 12 million per part.

Rep with Pirates affects prices and cost of access to the Black Market, not what items show up in the market.

The Black Market can have LosTech mechs/mech parts. I've heard that it can also have LosTech weapons, but I personally have never seen it. I have purchased the LosTech highlander from the Black Market though, which effectively also gave me the extra Gauss + 2 ammo... Totally worth the massive fortune it cost.
