that being said....they never stated there would be a co-op mode.
doesnt mean it wont happen but as far as wwe know it isnt being worked on.
co-op was never listed as a feature or goal of the kickstarter.
Personally, I never expected co-op, since it was never an advertised feature. Of course, I'm not playing MP matches, either. /shrug
Why do you even need co-op mode for? If you want to socialize you can compete with your friend. Only point to co-op is if you're trying to sponge off other people. Or drag them down. Sometimes there is not much difference between the 2.
Mods are not made by the game creators. They are made by average random people.
I think you are using the wrong words...
Anyway have you tried using remote desktop application or a low latency livestream to control/command the player where to send your mechs? It works rather well.
I wanted to play Co-op wih friends and family against AI like every other game we play.
You do not have to wait for players playing co-op against AI.
PVP does not interest me.
I just had hopes after all this time they were going to put it in.
After all this time?
WTF, over.
the game luanched in late april.
the have been streadily fixeing issues, adding QoL changes and adding stuff they had to cut in order to release (and are still doing do) plus sometime next month the first paid DLC and the next free content update come out.
all this time...it aint even been 6 months...SMH
if you bothered to pay ANY attention at all to the official forums you would know that the devs have a list of things as long as your arm they want to add to the game.
but it is all about priorities, time, money and resources.
there are only so many hours in a day.
Yea thats what i want to do.. Socialize..... what a dumbass.
Playing co-op isn't about socializing its about sharing game experiences with friends that have similar intrest. The fact that you think its to "sponge" off people shows you have no amount of camaraderie about yourself and sadly you probably have no friends. This is due to your selfishness and self-centered attitude of "its all about me,me,me,me" .
Go make some friends kiddo..... they'll make you a better person.
I've got friends. We get together weekly to play tabletop boardgames. Not real interested in trying to do it over a computer, though. Actually hanging out together is much more fun.
It is fighting as a team and doing a whole lot of laughing in some situations.
it would be nice if we could get a co-op mode along with a mission editor.
then we could use it as a replacement for TT.
X-Com doesn't have co-op either because it wouldn't work well.
Not that I'm against a co-op mode. If it had it I could probably convince some one I co-op with to get just don't see it happening
