Any Way to Increase Font Size?

As the title states I'm looking for a way to increase the font size. I find the font in this game unreadable. Does anyone know a way to increase it via mod or configuration change or anything like that? I'd really like to play but it's too straining on my eyes at is is now. Thanks!
