50 ton Hunchback better then all 60 to 70 ton mechs
With the AC20 and Med Lazers, decent armor and great internal's, mid game this is better then the first gen heavey's
IMHO

Except if the AI focuses on your right side and blows away your gunpod. It's also very slow. It's a good Mech, but not THAT good.

I ended up using a Dragon with an AC20 and a pile of extra armour in it's place mid-game, handy when you can actually catch your targets :)

Hunchback is a solid mech, but there are better. It's very inflexible and that can get you horribly killed.

Well, you're right about the 60's, because they're both speed 5 and have engines that take up waaaaay too much space. But the 70's are quite good.

It's an excellent brawler, absolutely scary at close range, but will lose against long range mechs obviously. I once had a Panther kite one to death before, taking advantage of hilly terrain. It never got off a single shot off before I blew up it's right torso. And even stock Jagermech and Blackjacks can punish it significantly before it gets into spitting range.

BETTER *THAN * THAN THAN ....... THEN REFERS TO TIME THAN REFERS TO COMPARISON

It's good, certainly a danger when the enemy has one but like people say it's slow and very easy to disarm
