Your objective, look as it matches the plus for the mission to the top left.

How many of your weapons are in (optimal) range. Don't remember the exact workings from the top of my head, number indicates how many (different?) weapons, colour indicates whether it's long/normal range or something.

Orange is weapons that have more than 50% chance of hitting, dark is less.
