They probably did, just not to the point of full exp pilots. Or they overestimated our patience. It's not really game breaking or a bug, if we still had pilots that need leveling, the reminder would be doing its job. Unfortunately at 10/10/10/10, the job's over.
I recok it was more of a, we met the requirements, we are not getting paid to code elegance. When they pay us for DLC then we might.
This is only one of many little annoyances they could have done better, and better polish up when DLCs come out.
