death from above question
When I try to do Death From Above, it always auto-puts me in one location. When I try and choose my own location (still next to the enemy mech) the DFA option and Melee option are not there.
Since sometimes the computer auto-puts me in a horrible location (like with my back to other enemies), I am wondering if there is a way for me to manually choose a location to land/move to when I am trying to do death from above or melee?
(example: I would like to do death from above, but I want to land here...not there).

Select melee/DFA, click the enemy mech, then click the spot you would like to end up on, the click on the attack confirmation.

You will only have a choice of other spots if you can physically reach them with you move (so often you have no choice).

Yeah it's the same with melee some times....it annoys the F out of me

But yeah, try not to use DFA unless you really have to.

@Tytalus - Thank you very much. That gives me a LOT more flexibility since there is no way I'm gonna do a death from above and be force to land with enemies behind me (especially with the computer having such excellent marksmanship as it is.)
