If this is "the new black" I want the old. Medium Laser ++ does 5 more damage, weighs 1 ton less and produces less heat! And by the time I get access to M Pulse, I have 9x 'Medium Laser +10' in my inventory
They do have an acc bonus do the not ? and more damage without a +. Wich you pay for with more weight.
No... you SHOULD compare it to ++ weapons
What you should do is compare the performance of this rare weapon to the avaliability of other weapons that match or exceed it
This means that at late game if you have access to 2x M Pulse, you should compare it to M Las++ because you have access to both
Economically speaking, it would be irrational to ignore ++ weapons if you have them
Thus, the M Pulse is inferior to the M Las++ despite the fact that the M Las++ is at almost 500% more common than the M Pulse by the time you have access to it
