Didn't even realize you could change the names, just tried it in REFIT screen. Thanks for the heads up ^^

I call my Black Knight True Or dine and my primary Thunderbolt Hasty. The former in reference to Trails of Cold Steel, the latter in reference to what its name was in Dougram--the Ironfoot F4X Hasty.

Didn't name them anything.

If XCOM has taught me anything, it's that naming anything attracts bullets.

I have played XCom2 so much and have created and downloaded so many custom characters that every time I play I see someone I either love or respect killed. I think it builds character.

My two Highlanders are called "Achilles" and "Alexander" (a nod to the movie "Robot Jox").
My Black Knight is called "Sanguine Chevalier" as it was my first heavy Mech and fit with the name of my mercernary company, "The Exsanguinators".
My ShadowHawk is called "Hudson" (a nod to the movie "Hudson Hawk").
My Orion is called "The Hunter", that should be self-evident.
My Battlemaster is called "Glore", a portmanteau of "glory" and "gore".
Last but not least is my Centurion which is called "Longinus".

All the rest of the Mechs in storage have no names because apparently I can't sell them off and I don't want to pay upkeep on them.

AC/20 JagerMech - "Iron Fist"
LRM Centurion - "Arc Thrower"
Short Range Wolverine - "Infight"
SRM Shadow Hawk - "Spitfire"
they die way too fast to give them names, maybe i call everyone LRM bait

I called my Catapult "Mickey Mouse" because the 2 LRM 20 remind me on him
and because of Fullmetal Jacket too.

I havent named them - I probably should have when I was fielding two T-Bolts that looked the same but had vastly different roles. In my head, though, I sometimes call my Highlander "Thumpytown"

I think next campaign I'm going to name them all after characters in Aliens - a'righ, RNG, bring it. Oh you want some too, you want some of this?
