You can only sell mechs that are in storage, so it seems your mechs must have been put into storage. Go to the mech bay, find the storage tab (I think the tabs are above the center UI panel but I'm not looking at it right now) and within storage you can find your mechs and click the ready button to put them back in the bays.
Restarting pc hasn't fixed the issue :(
Unfortunately when I go to my Mech Bay and select the "Bays" option (rather than Yang),, nothing happens, I see no storage option, no mech bays.. hell there isn't even a mech standing behind Yang any more.
All the other options work, Argo (store etc), CMD Centre (contracts work) Engineering (I can continue upgrading ship) etc... it's the only part that doesn't appear to be working..
Edit.. I've done more digging.. and I'm actually missing several mechs from the "Sell" option... It's like a mysterious landing ship and squashed them
Done - and tried it again after the pc restart... same issue
Spent more time researching - it's my entire saved game... tried going from my current saved game (804 days) backwards.. no luck... all have the same issue.
Tried my first saved game with a different character (my first attempt).. and the saved games all work...
if you have modifyed files that will scr-ew up saves. and make things thta arent in vanilla disapaire possable.
there are mods? nope.. no mods
Hate to do this to you, but at this point I think you are in the wrong place to get help. Go file a real bug report and consider attaching your save file to the report for them to examine.
thanks for the idea.. I'll give it a shot
I have the same issue, on day 500+. I can see working mechs if I go way back to day ~150 but I refuse to replay it all, too much would be lost.
It seems there are quite a few people having this issue on tha Paradox forum too so hopefully it gets resolved soon.
ever since the new patch, i experience long loading times even on main menu and this^
have you installed any kind of mod that added new weapons that you've used on your mech, in that case, install the exact same mod, if you have edited the tonnage of any weapon down and used that weapon, edit the weapons down again to fix the problem (same goes for tonnages reduced by mods!), same should go for changing hardpoints
the problem is created by yourself by now having "illegal" mech designs (you have a 65/50 tonnage mech, there is a weapon on one mech that does no longer exist, you've got 5/0 M lasers on your mech and so on).
try to recreate every possible way that might have resulted in such an illegal mech design and try to resolve it, noone else can help you if it is the same error that someone else had
edit: new patch might have overwritten edited files or made mods stop working in your game
unfortunately i didn't install any mods, i've tried verify cache & even reinstalled the game and it's still no go but with a new game it works again but i refuse to start new campaign (30 hours into already), i believe my savegame is either corrupt or something else messed it.
but i'm gonna try to install & load it to my other pc. i'll update here if its work or not.
@Cormac; thank you for the assistance, i really appreciate it :D
That was a good guess but still doesn't work. I've readded the mods again but still can't see/access my mechs.
