already did, the best I can do is look up every single superheavy mech... and see which is the earliest.
But unlike the resurgence of Quadmechs being linked to a peice of technology that makes with worthwhile and thus it has a more definitive date... There isn't really a tech like that for Super Heavy.
your initial post resembles the lazyness of the typical 12 year old steam gamer, which then of course will be ignored by the "right" people to answer your question.

OP: The first successful one was the 150t Omega Battlemech around 3070ish, but there were some earlier, failed experiments some centuries before that (2750ish).
