HBS Not honoring Kickstarter pledge items?

First let me say I love Hair Brain Schemes. They make great games and they put a lot of love and passion into to them. BattleTech is no exception, it's wonderful. Second, I should point out that I have pledged for every Kickstarter game they have made, and proud to do it. I have never had any issues with pledge items, until now. With past games I made my pledge and when the game was fully released, I received codes for the game and DLC content, if I received a Steam code, the DLC would be given a Steam code as well. (A DRM version of those things in the backerskit was also included. With this game, I was given everything EXCEPT a Steam code for DLC content, despite having pledged for these things, and despite having received codes for these things in the past. Has anyone else who is a backer had thing issue? Should this be correct? Opinions?

I have the PDX Forum code too, but separately I have:

"Valhalla Unlock Code" with the code and a description of:

It's the very last item at the bottom in my list of digital rewards in Backerkit.

Wow. Ok. I don't have that. But I'm supposed to. The last code I have is "Shadow Hawk & Atlas Code", Although, I don't see the Atlas stuff, unless it's included in the "Shadow Hawk Pack"

Okay I just caught your last edit.

Yes that is probably your Mechwarrior level in-game code. My guess is they tried to make it more obvious in the title what the code was for to separate it from the forum code. (You don't get Valhalla at the $50 level. Valhalla was the $85+ levels)

The Shadowhawk & Backer Atlas skins appear in the MechBay as options IF you have a Shadowhawk or Backer Atlas. BUT, you have to sign into the Paradox account in-game first, then enter the code. And you have to be signed in (even if you're offline) for the digital rewards to show in-game. We can play the single player game without being signed in, but to see the digital rewards we have to be signed in.

After you do that, you can probably test the skins in the single player skirmish MechBay. (I haven't tried this yet.) I probable should play with the single player skirmish but I've been having fun in the campaign.

Yeah HBS commented on Kickstarter there was some fulfillment issue with that related to Backerkit key distribution or something. They couldn't do it. Maybe next game (crosses fingers)

I got my Steam game key over the backkit but no key for the deluxe content I pledged for as well. Just download links for the extras (soundtrack and art book) in the backerkit page.
I call this poor marketing from their end. I contacted them and still wait for a response.

I got all the extras linked as downloads through Backerkit, rather than codes to unlock them on Steam.

I got a reply from HBS with a link of KS update #21 from Dec 2015 ( https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/webeharebrained/battletech/posts/1433228 ) were it explains how the reward process (except the base game key) got simply outsourced to backerkit.
So that's why there is no Steam key for the extras. Thanks legal department.
