That or you overclocked your GPU poorly and ... rip GPU
I thought of heat and turned off my comp all night. Will try to see if I can clean some dust out and if that helps. Thanks for the advice
I’m kinda wondering how many people having this issue are overclocking their GPUs.
My 480 is getting pushed a bit by the game but no more then XCom 2 pushes it. Still staying around 70 degrees.
Honestly 80 isnt that hot. Still within operational specs for a 1080.
This. 80 is definately on the warm side and I'd keep an eye on it for spikes but it can take the heat.
...2 to 3 years old is, no offense, elderly AF for a GPU on new release titles.
i got my 980 ti like 1-2 months before 1080s came out. SOOO if u have a 1080 ur card is just as old as mine. so no its NOT an old card. till now i have always had the flagship cards and most expensive versions. they are not built like ♥♥♥♥. they last a long time. i still have two 8800s sitting around and they worked fine last time i played with them.
for how wet and cold this part of nc is... seems like alot of extra dust than im use to.
