This card is close to the GTX 560 Ti mentioned in the minimum requirements, so yes i think will run the game but maybe with a little choppy framerates

If I do start having problems, would you say it’s relatively easily to lower the graphics and stuff in the game? (I’m a noob)
I'd say lower the graphics to like low instantly, if it works move them up one by one.
If you know you might have problems it's always better to go up then to go down =)
And also, next computer you buy, don't buy Alienware. It's a waste to spend the extra money on the brand and the looks, that money could be spent on the actual hardware instead and get you a much better computer for the same price =)
Im even able to stream as well and play for 5+ hours without stopping.
Sometimes it gets choppy or stutters when enemy mechs get parts blown off or die. But it does that on our other much higher end laptop as well.
