Argo is not a drop ship. If you take note of the Argo images - the Leopard is attached. A Leopard in Battlech lore can carry 4 mechs and 2 (yawn) aerospace fighters (yawn again)
AND more importantly the game was NEVER going to offer you 4 mechs to control
It is good to note that your merc company got Individual Argo-class DropShip by nonconvential means. It is a valuable starleague tech. Also while spaceworthy, it is basicaly rebuilt from wreck state, and lost many of it's former capabilities. There is no way a poor mercenary company can aquire anything like that. Even normal dropship. At least not in a span of several years. Very profitable and favorable years.
And given the financial state of your company in the begining of the campaign - it is a miracle you even have a Leopard.
Its 4 mechs
that's it
Argo not a drop ship. You select the four mech's you want and obviously they are loaded into the four spaces on the Leopard which then enters the atmosphere and either drops the mech's or lands to let them walk out. What's not to get?
