Mods not loading

since the EA26 update was obligated all of my mods disappeared and i tried to reinstall them again but with no solutions. i had to create folder named mods in the ravenfield_data folder in order to load my mods but its so annoying since its loading it's ID no. with blank profile as if i'm playing cracked version.

and whenever i try to install mods it keeps saying "Ravenfield is not connected to steam"
