Can someone make a mod that allows teams to use multiple skins?

Like, you could choose to have 30% one skin and 70% another skin. It would be really nice o be able to use more skins.

Yeah, but you can only use the certain skins

That's primarily because Ravenscript mods currently can't access other addons' files from what I've heard.
