how do i remove the harsh shake effect camera when being hit by bullets?

I am new and i tried to genuinely remove the shake effect and searched and even through all the mods as well, although i cannot find how remove that genuinely too harsh camera shake when getting hit by an enemy, it becomes literally impossible to fight back in most cases and enjoy some gunfights, is there a way to at least reduce it drastically? i love this game but this camera effect makes it frustrating and it's holding me back a lot from playing it.

also the audio removal is pretty annoying too, but indeed it is more duable,the camera shake effect is just waaaay too much, at least for my tastes
(inb4, i am not referring to radgoll, i already found the mod for that :) )

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to remove it - and if there is, then someone hasn't made a mod to do so. At least take comfort in the fact that bots also experience inability to aim properly when being hit.
