I see now, but it applies to all 2.79 version right? Since blender have 3 different 2.79 version (2.79 - 2.79a - 2.79b) are all of them work? Or should I download the plain 2.79 version? Anyway, thanks a lot for the answer!

on steam?
I don't think you can't really "change" the version of Blender in steam. Since the software got constant update when they have 1, I just downloaded the older version through the Blender official site.
The reason for that is alot of technical stuff- to simplify it, blender 2.7 saves models in layers, while 2.8 saves them combined.
So anything below 2.8 works.
