How to turn on night vision ?

Can Anyone tell me how i can turn on night vision goggles ?

press 3

[S-Array 03]

press the key corresponding to the slot in wich you equiped the nighvision goggles

[Lisan Al-Gaib]

Go to you equipment page and select the goggles then when you go into the main world press the key you assigned it to (1,2,3,4). This is also how you use other items
