Respawn Weapon Select

I can't find this quesiton anywhere so mabye I'm missing something obvious, but how do you switch weapons after dying? It seems like since downloading custom weapons and choosing beta so I could use them, I'm stuck with the same weapon choice the entire game. I saw a thread about pressing escape and choosing weapon select, but I don't see any weapon select. I like mixing up my weapon choices every so often without starting a brand new game... help
P.S. The same issue with changing spawn points. I can't change because the selection screen doesn't come back.

Adding a option "rightclick to change layout/spawnpoint" would work i guess

When I respawn I can just click on the weapon I want to change and pick a new one. I thought that was the normal way to do it...

Yes, the key to change your weapon selection or spawn point is ENTER.

And I think this is for EA9, in EA10 we have a new system where we see a killcam and are told where our next respawn point is, and just spectate.
