It was able to handle with a smaller window. Accidently enlarged window and now it's super slow.

You seem to BARELY hit minimum specs. If you can, I recommend upgrading the GPU, and then you'll be all set.
Due to a bug that will soon be fixed, you may need to enable fullscreen, apply the changes, and then uncheck fullscreen and apply again to get this to work.
Alternatively, if this doesn't solve the issue, you can also set these options in the game launcher. To access the launcher, hold shift while starting the game. Make sure you check windowed mode in the launcher.
My issue was that I had the resolution low in the game, but not in the launcher. Thus it was launching the way it was.
The solution? I held down the option key as the game opened, opening the launcher screen. From there I simply selected a lower resolution and vuola, everything is good now. Thanks so much for the suggestiongs, and for being patient and kind with me! I was just a little frustrated that I was having a hard time playing such a great game, but now I can enjoy that game with no difficulties!
And a special thanks to Ravenfield for being such a great developer
