Squad Leader Kit/Squads

How do you use it /join a squad? I don't see any options in the spawn screen as it says "no squad" in my hud.

The kit lets you plan using the map on the spawn screen or hit "Enter" while spawned.

Look at any unit and press "G" to have them join you.

You can do that without kits. Kit allows you to point anywhere on the map to move squads to there by selecting squad leader kit or pressing hot key. I think squadleader kit isn't very effective to use at this moment. Needs some more tweaks like pointing the team on the map to make him join squad instead of pressing G from short distance.

Go into Options > Input. Where it says "Squad Orders" you can change the key, but default is G. Pressing it while pointing at an ally will make them join your squad.
Look down and press it to make them follow you
Look at a position and press it to make them go over there
Hold it down to see a whole bunch of other options for your squad
