There is no rating or age restriction currently. Despite Ravenfield having guns and cartoonish violence, there is no blood or gore whatsoever aside from the "blood" which is essentially colored paint and varies depending on the team. Show your father some of the screenshots, maybe a video or two and let him decide for himself. Personally, I think Ravenfield is alright for any age in terms of violence in video games. Every parent is different though, so see what he says.

There is a mod that adds callouts, some might be swears, but it's am optional mod.

there is no age restriction why would there be? It's very cartoony and there is no speech so no swearing. No reason to limit this game

I would say about PG to Teen on its own, due to gun related violence and dying to vehicles, its cartoon like violence and no dialogue probably make it alright for 10+, however with mods, people do have to know that some mods may have things like usage of drugs, dialogues and more which can raise the age rating the more mods used
